Cancellation Policy
At Firebird Healing, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may need it. For therapy sessions, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the appointment. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that the 30-minute complimentary consultation does not have a missed appointment fee, but we still kindly request that you let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
