Brainspotting

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neuro-physiological sources of emotional and physical pain, and unhealthy coping mechanisms associated with PTSD and trauma. It allows clients to process and transform debilitating traumatic memories and the negative beliefs they have developed in response to the incidents.

It was developed from EMDR by Dr. David Grand, who worked

with thousands of people in NY impacted by 9/11.

BSFF

Be Set Free Fast™

Be Set Free Fast stands for “Behavioral and Emotional Symptom Elimination Training for Resolving Excess Emotion: Fear, Anger, Sadness, and Trauma.” This is a quick, simple, and gentle technique designed to eliminate the emotional roots and self-limiting belief systems embedded in the subconscious mind that lead to dysfunctional thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. BSFF is very useful as a stress reduction and emotional self-regulation technique as well as for deeper trauma processing and can be used anywhere, anytime.

NET

Neuro Emotional Technique

Neuro Emotional Technique is a mind-body stress reduction technique that uses principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to identify and release negative emotional patterns stuck in the body. Research and case studies show that when these blocks are cleared, energy flows freely, the body is better able to heal itself, and people are no longer triggered by unresolved stressful or traumatic events from the past. Clients often experience an increased sense of vitality and well-being, and the positive effects experienced in one area tend to generalize to other areas of life.

Access Consciousness®

Access Consciousness® comprises a set of simple tools (including verbal processing and hands-on energy work) designed to clear limiting points of view, raise consciousness, and empower people to make different choices. Access Consciousness is based on the idea that you're not wrong, that you know, and that consciousness can shift anything. One of the greatest tools of Access is The Bars. These are 32 bars of energy on the head that store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, judgments, and beliefs that people have. Having one’s Bars run (i.e., lightly touching each bar) allows a person to discharge that energy and brings a feeling of calm and relaxation. This energy work can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and pain, and greatly supports and enhances trauma processing. Those who receive Bars sessions often find that they are able to change their lives with far greater ease.

Conscious Recovery™

TJ Woodward, a spiritual author, inspirational speaker, awakening coach and addiction counselor, has created a groundbreaking and effective approach to viewing and treating addiction that can transform your life called The Conscious Recovery Method™. I assisted TJ with editing his book Conscious Recovery™, and together we co-authored The Conscious Recovery™ Workbooks for Addiction and Mental Health, in addition to the Conscious Being and Conscious Creation Workbooks.

The Conscious Recovery™ Method goes beyond simply treating behaviors and symptoms – we focus on the underlying root causes that drive destructive patterns, while providing clear steps for letting go of core false beliefs that lead to addictive tendencies. Whether it is unresolved trauma, spiritual disconnection, or toxic shame, these challenges need to be addressed in order to achieve true and permanent freedom.
